To reserve any of our dog sled trips, or to purchase a Gift Certificate, please call us at 218-349-0906, or 218-365-4726. We can discuss your trip plans and confirm the availability of dates and times.
In order to secure your trip reservation, we require an advance deposit of 50% of the total cost, with the balance due payable prior to trip departure. We accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover; or you may send a personal check or money order made payable to "Chilly Dogs" to:

It is important to note that dog sledding is an adventure activity, and whether you mush your own team or ride in the sled, the sport inherently comes with a degree of risk. For this reason, we require all of our guests to sign a Liability Release form.
We consider your personal information private, and as such, we will never share any of your personal data with anyone else for any reason whatsoever. We respect your right to privacy, and will afford you the same courtesy and confidentiality that we ourselves require.
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, your deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee, is refundable if your request is received 30 days prior to your trip date. After that, fees cannot be refunded, but your deposit (less the $50 cancellation fee) can be applied toward another trip this season or next, subject to availability of trip dates and times. Weather-related factors, such as airport closures, poor snow/trail conditions, etc., may result in the need to cancel or postpone a trip. In this case, your entire deposit will be applied toward another date of your choice, subject to availability, this year or next. In the rare event that Chilly Dogs must cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances, your entire deposit will be refunded or applied to another trip date of your choosing, this year or next, subject to availability. There are no refunds on Gift Certificates.
